ManamaPerforms secretarial functions for the Directors and ensures smooth operation at all times.
Arranges meeting for the Directors.
Maintains a good filing system and ensure that all correspondence is filled promptly and orderly.
Sorts & dispatches all incomings and outgoing mails in a methodical manner.
Receiving and forwarding all telephone calls in an orderly manner.
To maintain a log book for all incoming calls and take massages when necessary, especially important ones.
Arranges travel, hotel and visas arrangements for the Directors.
Perform all other related jobs as assigned by the Management from time to time.
Able to travel for meetings with the Directors
