BahrainWe are looking for a Secretary in Bahrain Job Details * Process news of bereavements with team and order flowers on behalf of team to org-all distribution * Print out daily calendar for my executives review * Open up conference calls and meetings prior to when they begin for my executive in accordance with her calendar * Monitor focus room throughout the day and secure it for my executives use * Update employee information in MSS system for address or reporting changes as my executives delegate * Review and submit Expense reports for my executive and directors Job Requirements * High school diploma holder * Good communication skills * Computer proficiency required * Good organizational skills
