BahrainWe are looking for a Secretary in Bahrain Job Details * Acts as first line of contact for in-coming calls and visitors * Assists with special events and meetings such as coordinating luncheons staff events corporate meetings etc * Provides general administrative clerical support for Executive staff * Maintains office coffee center and cleaning supplies * Prepares letters and documents receives and sorts mails * Makes travel arrangements for Executive Staff and Visitors Job Requirements * Degree holder * Strong organizational skills * Strong analytical skills * Excellent interpersonal customer service skills
